Happii Privacy Policy

Happii ("we," "us," "our") operates happii.art and the 21 Day Be Bold Challenge text message program. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1. Information we collect

• Phone number — provided voluntarily by you when you opt in to the Be Bold Challenge text program via the form on happii.art.
• Program preferences — your challenge track selection and preferred message time.
• Program activity — which daily challenges you log as complete, responses you submit on your progress pages, and message delivery status.
• Basic technical data — cookies used to remember your progress page session.

We do not purchase, rent, import, or collect phone numbers from any third party. The only way to receive our texts is to enter your own number on our site.

2. How we use your information

We use your information solely to operate the Be Bold Challenge: sending your daily challenge texts, tracking your progress, delivering milestone messages, and (optionally) inviting you to community events. We may use aggregated, non-identifying activity data (for example, overall completion rates) to improve the program.

3. Text messaging (SMS) terms

• Program: 21 Day Be Bold Challenge daily messages.
• Frequency: approximately one (1) message per day for 21 days; occasional additional milestone or event messages. Message frequency may vary.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Happii does not charge for messages.
• Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message.
• Help: Reply HELP to any message, or email hello@happii.art.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent: Providing your phone number is voluntary. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

4. Sharing of information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.

We share information only with service providers strictly necessary to operate the program (for example, our SMS delivery provider and database host), who may use it only to provide those services to us, and where required by law.

5. Data retention and deletion

We retain your information while you participate in the program and for a reasonable period afterward. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@happii.art, and we will delete it within 30 days.

6. Children

Happii is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact hello@happii.art and we will delete it.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
